Kinapse today announced the appointment of Dawn Marriott-Sims as its new Executive Chairman. The appointment will be effective 22nd May 2017. This appointment follows the departure of Kurt Brykman, former CEO of Kinapse by mutual consent. The Board would like to thank Kurt for his contribution and wish him well for the future.
Matthew McLoughlin, Head of Advisory Services at Kinapse and a key member of Kinapse’s management team for more than 10 years, will also join the Kinapse Board with effect from 22nd May 2017. Steve Kent will continue on the Board in the position of Non-Executive Director.
Dawn has an outstanding track record of growing successful businesses in a range of sectors. Most recently as a board member and Joint Chief Operating Officer of Capita plc, the FTSE 100 business services company. During her 17 years there, she ran 6 of its divisions with total revenues of around £2.5 billion, most of which were focused on providing operational services to customers across a variety of industry sectors and countries. Dawn was also responsible for the group’s overall HR, Talent and Technology functions. With this depth of experience, in addition to chairing the Board, Dawn will be supporting Matthew and the rest of the Executive Committee in the continued scaling of our operations in the US, Europe and India and enable Matthew and his colleagues to have a relentless focus on Kinapse’s clients.

Matthew joined Kinapse in 2007 and leads Kinapse’s renowned and highly successful Advisory Practice.
